I wanted to post this article some days ago but due to certain circumstances, it’s out in the open now. The important issue is that we have here 39 extraordinary Iconpackager skins which you can download for free. For those who don’t know, IconPackager is an icon package manager made by Stardock. Users can create and apply icon packages that will replace the windows icons, file type icons and folder icons.

Raj Navdeep from Dezinerfolio is offering a vector icon set called On stage which is 100% Vector – shape based, it has layered PSDs, 128×128 PNGs included and the most important thing it’s free.
And of course, the all known Web 2.0 Photoshop Layer Styles which 282440+ people downloaded it so far. I believe this is a damn good reason to believe it’s a very good collection of layer styles. It offers a short explanation too on how to use Photoshop layer styles.
In the wonderful graphic packs on the net I haven’t found an IconPackager one with a lot of good skins so I find myself pushed to make one. I’ve gathered exactly 41 IconPackager skins from DeviantArt and SkinBase to please your eyes and desktops.
